  • All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors and to change product prices at any time.

  • You must be at least 18 years old to purchase.

  • Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including inventory limitations, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

2. User Responsibilities & Safety

  • You are responsible for proper assembly, installation, and use of all products .

  • Desks & Shelves:

    • Follow all assembly instructions carefully .

    • Use on level, stable surfaces .

    • Adhere to all weight limits .

    • For wall-mounted shelves, ensure installation into studs or use appropriate wall anchors .

    • Improper assembly or installation can result in property damage or personal injury .

  • Desk Lamps (Electrical Safety):

    • Do not use with damaged cords or plugs .

    • Keep away from children .

    • Unplug when not in use for extended periods .

    • Do not exceed maximum wattage .

    • Keep flammable materials away from bulbs .
